    $12m SI at .03 plus $3m from SPP.  Yep.  This dog is dead.  Damn.  Shareholders meeting April to ratify the fire sale.  They can't get a major backer.  Sucks.

    Well, I'm checking out.  I'll be back in Sept to see if I still have any value in these shares.  Later all.
