Been a while but constantly following.

I just returned from OS where I was totally out of contact with the world for 3 weeks solid weeks.  I am snowed under.

Sadly I am to time poor to to the math on the implications of the $0.05 option.  How many offered (they can offer us a trillion but if a trigger point isn't reached it means nothing) options at this price point vs new instant capital raising and the dilution of same would be interesting to understand and get my small head around.

Personally, I like this option, you can say what you want about the $0.03 price but one alternative is that they shut up shop instead. Another thing I like is the MM investment although he invests $400k to get back how much ??? another $300kish by board is also of note in this small cap company.

Like I said to my partner, nothing matters if you cant get them up.
