The three main director shareholders have 320,000,000 shares each which equates to 50% plus of the company.My question which I just sent by email to SAS was why didn't the three directors chip in 100,000,000 shares each into the 3c buyer-to raise about $9m and no dilution.They could then offer shareholders at 3c+options.to raise probably another 15million. which would be a real boost going forward.
Beggars belief that the directors wouldn't at least get as much support from investors by way of getting all possible skin in the game at this critical time of make or break.
320,000,000 shares at failure.=$0 each.No use directors playing hardball.
