the launch cost is 16m and as far as anyone knows we currently have 0/200 satellites. the fact that we had to offer a 44% discount to VWAP means this CR was a very hard sale. You think a bank is going to give us the other 20m we need to build and launch the first batch? I have more chance of loaning 20m than SAS do. What insurance does the bank have? what are we borrowing against? the banks want a sure thing or collateral, not a gamble based on what could happen if everything goes ok.
