All recent announcemnts were about Mernova revenues and how its going to turn around this dog...
Now they are trying to sell it to pay debts
Given history of this company, most likely this agreement wont go ahead and this is just another fake announcement to the market...
Anyway some dumbroads think this will solve their debt crisis (I remember seen this statement before)
