Unfortunately transit time from Tanzania to the USA is over 50 days for the iso containers I think by ocean freight.
The containers need to reach the customer's within 40-45 days see from 15.30 in this video an explanation plus comments on SpaceX immediately after.
At a guess logistically the NHE target market that can be reached within 40-45 days is mostly Asia and Europe.
Unfortunately transit time from Tanzania to the USA is over 50...
