I suspect it's not Droneshield being referred to in this video.
As a technology, jamming isn't difficult. Here are the instructions for a mobile phone jammer. And here are some contact numbers for lawyers if you actually use the device once you've built it. The trick is knowing which frequencies to jam. And if you want to jam something "over there" without blanking out everything around you, that can get difficult.
So as @Storm_chasor wrote above, these things are going to come from everywhere.
