Absolutely agree.
But with more dilutions coming, is the benefit of those additional sales going to finish up in the hands of management or shareholders?
DRO has increased its annual sales from 1 M to 80 M. In that time the share price has not changed. That does not makes sense, until one looks at the constant dilution of shares.
Another one is planned for January. Are shareholders going to again give away the value of increased sales to management? Or are they going to demand that when management gives itself 5 year options (they are really shares not options) they are set at a strike price that means shareholders will also benefit if they do (the strike price should be at least 60c - not 0c)?
Based on history the former seems more likely.
