It needs emphasising that JKA has nearly doubled its market cap with this raising.
A few of my observations.

1. this money gives us a very stable financial platform up to drilling Hammermet in 3rd quarter.

2. this money was raised so easily at what i think was a fair price that it gives me great confidence in our future.

3. the extra shares on issues will help with liquidity of this tightly held share.

4. the issue price of 13.5c combined with 1:3 JKAO effectively made issue price approx 12.5c

5. i'm expecting some weakness down to 13c but hard to see any new shares being sold at this level.

6. we do have a wait before re-rating news but it will come.
