Pity there aren't factories 30km north of Port Augusta.

heating a greenhouse with low temp heat from an electric heat pump is more cost effective.
Solar > TESS > heat to farms? Yes
but in tropics there's too many long periods of cloud cover for solar to be viable
and 30km north of Port Augusta heat is not in high demand
