Yes your response answers it mostly - appreciated.. Its apparent there are no hard assets incorporated in the deal so yes i wonder what the 'Carryovers' are ... that have been locked in (well as much as they can be), There doesn't seem to be anything in writing so essentially we are waiting for 1414 to share with us what they unofficially know is part of the deal (any thing official, which doesn't feel like a lot, has been spoken i suspect).

I hear you re. the value in not having to bid ... but that only has value if what we bought is of value
