fed gov ann. couple days ago that it allocated 1.9bil to start supporting "cutting edge energy tech" was all about the news last week. We need luck and when I listen to team 14d I still want to believe. 10mil eg from gov and they scrape in the cap raise... could be foundation for new things. good luck - not saying we wont need some from here but... I will be going in the Cap raise ... buy / held...
