It is banned by the ASX due to the price per share (3.8c) . I asked where the placement went and was advised "mostly North American institutions". The spokesperson then went on to "explain" what an institution was. I advised him that I am a retired Member of disallowed and also a sophisticated investor. I asked why I was not offered shares but he could not explain. Perhaps I should phone Patersons, but frankly could not be bothered. Let us hope the results of the capital raising will well & truly advance the exploration program.
