That should not stop you from attempting to contact the co and raising your concerns as a s/h, IMO, If you get fobbed off, let us know by post on this thread and we will also contact the co.
I would disagree about dilution. That is a great way of raising funds especially in our case. We have funding already. As we develop and get nearer to key targets the sp will likely increase allowing us to raise capital at a higher price through issue of shares. Do note that this is a "generational project".
