Hopefully rates/costs are inflation-adjusted.
As mentioned by others this sort of contract is great for planning/stability as it underwrites a level of management and SRG have a decent portfolio of this work now.
Bad, unprofitable projects are more likely when firms like SRG are desperate for revenue (and less likely when there's a regular stream of maintenance dollars coming through the door).
