Must be pretty dire out there if they've had to get covenants waived. Never a good sign. Hard to believe they are still at the mercy of their banks after all these capital raisings and asset sales. Intriguing they didn't release earnings guidance for Q1 as well given we're at the end of September.....
These Covid issues aren't going to disappear in the next 3 months unfortunately. They've tried to become much more of a wet hire business in the last few years which made sense....until Covid arrived. Simple equipment rental is much easier in a pandemic!
