MED did convertible notes too run by an isrseli joe gutnick.. MED is now toast. Whenever i see convertible note action i stay cear as it is very desperate move by a company listed needing funds. No more support from shareholders i read it as. But directors and employees still get paid like usual but retail holders have to hold in fear or anxiety. I know through experience with MED. Gla
