Very happy they've gone down this path instead of a cap raise. Also a big vote of confidence in the project by Regal.

There should be a steady stream of updates starting now based on the last quarterly
1. Strategic mine plan was near completion last QTR, therefore this should be imminent.
2. Sustainability report due this quarter
3. Power grid access off expected by mid year (July)
4. Environmental approvals to be with EPA and public review at the start of Q3.
5 Hopefully next quarterly will give us a better idea how water licensing is progressing.

I've significantly increased my position on the back of this, knowing there will be no dilution and a steady flow of announcements over the next 3 months. (significant announcements, not the token ones we see from most companies)
