"Under the Share Purchase Plan, eligible Argosy shareholders will be invited to subscribe for new ordinary shares in Argosy at the Issue Price of 22 cents each up to a maximum subscription of A$15,000 per shareholder. Participation in the Share Purchase Plan will be open to shareholders who are registered holders of Argosy shares on a record date to be confirmed and whose registered address is in Australia or New Zealand."
