You are right, will be interesting to see the paremeters of such a trial, whether or not it follows the current trial regarding duration and number of patients. I think it is important to remember that the continuity of the current trial at 10mg speaks volumes. Cant imagine the monitering board would continue treating subjects if efficacy was clearly not adequate at this dosage.
I think we are in for a pretty interesting 12 months.
