More often then not the share price doesn't go to the CR range if retail we not screwed. It's usually only when the CR was a 40% discount or an average stock where it drops to CR range or lower. Who are the sellers dumping this to 8c range? not many if any will be selling sub 9c, they've all been flushed out after the last month.
