This MOU becomes reality come April/MAY and there are multiple other offtake agreements coming before then as well. The demand for our commodity is through the roof. A 1.4-2 billion dollar offtake agreement in the bag come April/MAY and that’s 2 percent of the resource. Still a 2-3 billion dollar valuation and will still go north of $2.40
