Why STX mou disappeared was that noone was going to stump up 3 billion to build a fertiliser plant. Who has a real cost estimate of this gas power plant and transmission lines. They should be able to come up with a rough estimate. Ill throw mine out there around 500mil ? 200mil for high voltage power lines and 200 or 300mil for the plant?
