So IVZ is allowed to issue to brokers at 13c and no conditions are placed on their issuance. They want to raise via the 7.1A rule but to get around having to raise via SPP or pro rata to existing shareholders, the has said to the ASX that they are going to offer the same offer to existing shareholders, but not yet, and not until after the broker shares are tradeable on market. Even tho this is also a dodgy practise and disadvantages existing shareholders on the same deal because its not the same deal. Brokers get theirs first and rather than at least escrow those shares until the SPP closes, well, smells like DOGSHIT to me. Im out.
