    re the entitlement offer...if the SP is now a lot less than when the SI's offer was made then surely the entitlement offer (if there is to be one) would have to be based on the much lower SP as it is now. So maybe the entitlement offer is going to be at say 10 cents plus a 1 for 3 oppies offer.
