Why would anyone buy them at 13 cents then? A few paltry oppies that will most likely expire well out of the money anyway. A nothing incentive is the oppies IMHO. But the fair way is to offer the shares to us at the current price (less a tad) that they are in day before trading. That is the fair way anyway whichever way enjoy your day. No way would you buy these at 13 cents if the SP is around 10 cents would you?
