This is probably one of two things that probably need to be a little clearer, to me anyway. Do we need the PSA? Is it primarily for locals benefit? Yes. But even if one is signed, what's to stop the govt re-negotiating down the track. Also, why is the data room closed? Has this been clarified? Because we don"t want anyone to look at results, or because we have had enough see results to make a deal early 2024?
