    Honest question, I know I would not, and regardless of whether we need it or not, it is still sitting in the background with question marks on it.

    While Zimbabwe are “open for business” the past is still there regarding sovereign risk, a show of good faith would be to have it signed, it’s not like it was mailed to them yesterday.
