Big question is IVZ going to be a producer or an exploration Company? The PSA is a production share agreement.
I vaguely remember SM say they were not producers but happy to be pointed to where it says that they are moving into production. The Pepda is IVZ’s security. All this talk about the PSA being make or break to JV/farm in is pure speculation. As Davey said there are many many mining companies operating under the current agreement and I have heard SM say it’s in Zim’s best interest to sign it not IVZ.
