My guess for what it’s worth is PPSA to happen soonish. SM referred to having to wait to the right head to be put into place into the Sovereign Wealth fund, and that it would be well known person.
That happened just prior to Xmas with the equivalent of the RBA ex chairman for Zimbabwe now moving to the role. Apparently he was across the ins and outs of the arrangements. Hence I’d expect to be expedited with parliaments return.
