    Why are you quoting the formula for a Horner plot? A horner plot is used to extrapolate the undisturbed formation pressure in a reservoir based on shut in pressure data acquired during a flow test where the shut in period isn't long enough for pressure to reach true formation pressure.

    They have actual measurements of formation pressure in the section penetrated so far from the MDT tool.
