I have a feeling the details on terms have not been released as they will watch the sp and let PAC do their "thing" in the short term. The retail offer normally has a longer period to action than the sophs who only get days. Will be interesting to see what the offer is but the concern is whether the price gets manipulated so the offer becomes unappealing and fails. I've seen this happen before so that future offers never get offered to retail again - if you get my drift.
Support your company folks when the offer comes out if you're financially able to.
