I'm concerned there might be glitches with getting underwriting with the current SP or other issues with where the SP is now. However, it could be as simple as holdups in getting legal approvals for the prospectus which will need to be released with the rights issue or perhaps there is something more urgent happening at the moment that we don't know about. Same as every time it's too quiet - you don't know if the quiet is a cause for concern or not.
