does any other western stock exchange have such a thing? I’ve never heard of it before. I think that’s (“soph” placements) one of the problems here with sp value.

Everyone thinks the current sp is much too low given the recent formal discovery. So is it this low due to manipulation by the “sophisticated?” Here’s a thought…why can’t the company offer new shares at, say, 17 cents, rather than near the current 11? I mean, if everyone thinks the REAL value of this company is far north of 17, then 17 is still a bargain, right? Why let those manipulating sp set the terms? Don’t play their game.
