It's the unfortunate price of investing at this end of the market. CR's are the main method of raising quick funds for small CAP stocks like IVZ. Instos and sophs expect a healthy discount to offset the risk of providing those funds. It sucks but there's not much we can do about it until we further de-risk and other sources of funding become available.
