The 10-15 million dollars of rights is dependent on how many shares you have. If you have no shares you don’t have rights to the extra stock. However they do already have 20 million in cash which is more than enough for commercial flow and 3D plus the share price will be significantly higher so rights may not even come. You have to look at already proven fundamentals and what’s about to happen in next 3 months from offtakes and partnerships which still puts this north of a billion dollars
