very very disappointed at the raise price of $1.45.... an early Christmas present for some at this level...
$1.60 should have been the mark...and the fact this raising was done so cheap is the reason these new shares were snapped up in a few hours.....
as for the $5m extra to be raised by existing share holders.. with the number of share holders we have it should of been done on a pro rata basis ie 1 new share for every 10 shares held etc....
I love the company and the future it will bring but this time IMO they have got this wrong....
