Not that surprising when there's just been a placement at $1.45, and a SPP at the same - a significant discount on recent weeks' prices. Open market price will likely dip below $1.45 in coming weeks until those new shares wash through to stickier hands.
I'll be buying more in the SPP. I'm not too concerned about short term price fluctuations.
