Bigger money will start flowing back into spec stocks like DRE if/when rate cuts happen as small caps have underperformed over the past year or two and many fund managers will be developing itchy trigger fingers.
Until that point, unless DRE uncover a majorly impressive discovery we'll probably just flounder up and down for a while. The hope is that one of the two happens before they require another cap raise.
