ASH81, a +70% yield on a diamond is possible though rare, it requires the rough stone to already have the basic shape of table and culet.
This stone seems to have straight sides not tapering to a point. The crack at the bottom will remove some weight and as mentioned there are several inclusions, depending on their depth will have a big factor in size or finished quality.
Typically a makeable stone has a yield of 30-40%, it may be possible to produce some secondary stones that may improve overall yield.
