    Unlike a CIP plant, the results in a change of ore grade are almost immediate. There will need to be some fine tuning for the higher grade ore. The low grade development ore will probably be blended with the higher grade ore to moderate surges or spikes. With the capital raising, development drives can proceed immediately.
