    I'm not a fan of JV's, sure they are the safe way to fund exploration but for good ideas / projects - especially in this environment - they tend to get funded. I would prefer for RTR to keep this 100% owned and have some real leverage off the work done to the north of them. AC testing is relatively cheap also.
