IMO why would you announce the raise 1 day after a significant announcement, you'd want to give it a week or 2 for the average price to solidify at the higher level. So therefore maybe it's a part of the requirements to lock in finance.
Of course they'd bloody well say that during the offer you'd think so all just wishful thinking.
