Its fairly common practice to have another news release before closing date to reward and encourage those who are considering taking up the offer so the ball is in play with many interesting aspects yet to unfold over time. Pity about the dilution but its a longer term hold for me and a difficult time for raising cash as has been said. It will be good to have this behind us but management continue to hold my respect for planning and execution.
