The most important part of this announcement is that it has brought in Blue Ocean Equities (BOE) as joint lead manager with Canaccord. For those with long memories at the head of BOE is Brent Potts, formerly of Potts, West , Trumbull which, in the 1980's was Australia's top instituional broker. Although this issue is priced at 3.5c I wouldn't expect it to stay there. If HGO underperforms then it will become a takeover target which was another strength of PWT.
