BRICS has nothing to do with the mining sector.
Do you buy shares to make money or do you buy shares to pick political sides? That's of course your choice, but if you pick shares based on politics, you may be in the stock market for the wrong reasons IMO and you may not perform as well. Evidence has been clear since this company and the company I own shares in dropped their announcements about the same time, you can see which is outperforming. That's my 2 cents, good luck.
