I also just paid for copies of the current and historical company information and voluntary degregistration application from ASIC. Some names I know in there..Achurch, Nguyen, RR1 of course. The Deregistration document is signed by Director Edmond Tan, with the agreement of all members and it states that it is not carrying on a business and the companys assetts are worth less than $1000. So where has our money gone???
