RR1 would have been paid something for the shares as Reecycle paid $3,181,563.25 to all the shareholders. If you divide $3,181,563.25 by the total shares of 124,777,776 shares (yikes!) you get $00.026 per share. RR1 paid $1.8million for 166,667 shares in March 2022.
166,667 shares at $00.026 equals $4,249.64.
So, if my numbers are correct, going off official ASIC documents, then RR1 made a loss of $1,795,750 of Shareholder money. (Assuming there is no other deal that we have no info on, and under continuous disclosure rules, we blxxdy well should.)
