Did some digging re the deregisted REEgenerate. No response from numerous emails to Reach. So short email to REEcycle and a quick pleasant reply.
Here is the response,
Your email made it to me. I can confirm that Reecyle is indeed active and that Reach still holds its shares in Reecycle. Reegenerate the Australian holdco was dissolved so that the topco is now a US Company Reecycle Holdings and anyone who had shares in Reegenerate swapped them into Reecycle shares. Rasmus is running REEcycle. We cant be handing out details of what shares Reach has but they still have them and you would need to contact Reach as you’re a shareholder there.
Nice explanation. Too hard for our company to respond but.
