I'm still waiting on a response to my email query to the American company. It is interesting to note on the ASIC documents that ALL Reegenerate shares were transferred to the American company for money. Can't see who the shareholders of this company are as it's not listed here in OZ. Perhaps it was a $ and share swap, but who would know from RR1's reports. Their latest quarterly (and previous) doesn't even mention it, despite continuous disclosure rules. On a happier note for sharetraders, new Government Rules are coming in for all ASX companies around Exploration announcements and, even more importantly for me, ALL ASX companies, without exception, will have to publicly announce environmental risks on their proposals and projects!!!
